How long can I keep the rental?
Tent, table and chair rentals are for 1-3 days. We typically deliver the rental 1-2 hours prior to the event. We will make every effort to accommodate your schedule and coordinate appropriate pickup and drop-off times. We also offer overnight/extended inflatable rentals for an extra charge of $25. We also offer inflatable rentals and they are for up to 8 hours.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, business check and all major credit cards. Please let us know which payment works best for you when making your reservation. If you are paying in cash we ask that the cash is ready upon delivery.
What happens if it rains on the day of my event?
If there's more than a 60% chance of rain, delivery may be postponed for safety reasons. Light rain typically doesn't affect delivery schedules.
How far in advance should I reserve a tent?
It's advisable to book as early as possible, especially during peak seasons like spring and summer, to ensure availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but can often be applied as a credit toward future rentals within one year.
Is a deposit required to reserve a tent?
Yes. All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit, after 24 hours of booking deposits become non-refundable. Cancellations need to be at least 21 days prior to your event date. Any cancellation prior to 21 days can receive a refund for any money paid over the deposit amount. The deposit will be a raincheck/credit for a future rental for 1 calendar year of the cancellation date. Any cancellation made within 21 days of the event date will result in the loss of deposit (no raincheck or credit) and all money paid on the order.
Do you offer delivery and setup services?
Setup is included in the price. We do charge travel fees based on zip code. Standard delivery hours are typically from 8 AM to 5 PM, with options for specific timeframes at an additional fee.
Is a site visit necessary before the event?
Site visits are recommended, especially for tent installations or complex setups, to ensure all requirements are met, but they are not required. We do offer site visits for an additional fee based on zip code and job requirements. If you book with us after your site visit, we will credit the site visit cost towards your rental.
Do I need a permit for my tent?
Permit requirements vary by city. It's essential to check local regulations. Assistance with obtaining permits is available for an additional fee.
